Toppan Label Co., Ltd. merged with TMP Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2007 to form TOPPAN TDK LABEL CO., LTD.

- Avery Toppan Co., Ltd. was established in Taito-ku, Tokyo, with capital of 45 million yen, funded equally by Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. and Avery Products Corporation (current Avery Dennison Corporation).

- Increased capital to 135 million yen.

- Head Office Plant established in Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
